I have to leave for work in 5 minutes, so this will be short.

My neighborhood is the best because there is this group of little girls, 7 to 10 years old and they always come over to my house to show Jake and me their kittens, or to climb our tree, or just to come in and play with our cats. Yesterday I was digging weeds out of my unplanted flower bed when they showed up and wanted to help. We not only got all the weeds out, but got most of my potted plants into the ground as well. So now my garden is finally planted. I took them all out for ice cream when we finished, and they were so excited.

Yesterday I also went and bought nightstand lamps for the bedroom and red throw pillows for the couch. The house looks cute, and I'd rather stay here than go to work. But here I go anyway.
